“Happiness doesn’t come from adding, but subtracting.” Very powerful!
Think about a newborn kitten or puppy, or a toddler left to her own devices. They are all inherently happy. It is their natural state. And your natural state as a human being is also happiness.
Too many of us go searching for happiness or truth, when there is no reason to search. Happiness doesn’t come from adding, but subtracting. In this case, unlearning all of the opinions, prejudices and other negative mind viruses we have learned along the journey of living in society. (Discussed in this post.)
When you let go of all of this junk you were taught, you revert back to that happy toddler you once were. You return to your natural state: happiness.

Thank you. Such s helpful belief to adopt,
Sometimes your short posts are the most powerful. This is one of them
the stuff we learn messes us up. We can unlearn/relearn. It isn't a sin to be wealthy. It is a sin to hate and harm others.
you can stop sinning.
The only "sins" are those we create in our mind, usually caused by beliefs we continue to accept from organised religion which indoctrinated us as children. Critical thinking allows us to live without "sin" as there is no such thing.
yeah, we have to question why "I can't" seems so believable! (Let's) Turn up the Rheostats!
Amen pookie!
And our three pups agree also. Keep being awesome bubba.
