The Real Proof

How serious do you take these posts and your personal growth? Do you come here to convince yourself you’re doing something about personal growth – or do you use them to actually make improvements in your life?  We all know talk is cheap, but actions are real. 

Your track record answers the question for you.  Take yesterday’s post on taking care of your body.  What did you do with that?

Did you eat some fresh fruit and vegetables yesterday?

Park away from the door?

Take the stairs instead of the elevator?

Go for a walk after dinner?

Make time to exercise?

Pass up on dessert?

Set aside some time for meditation?

 

Or did you tell yourself something like, “That’s a good point, I need to take better care of my body,” and then do nothing?

  1. Ahhhhh, good reminder! I did eat veggies (cauliflower), parked far from the door (of the cleaners & grocery), went for a walk, ate a tiny bit of ice cream (after dinner treat), and did spend enjoy some quiet solo time. Thank you for keeping me accountable.

  2. getting in the exercise 70% of the week so far. being full caffeine and stimulant free would be a wonderful accomplishment. Im wondering how much subconcious programming belief systems, nutrition, and sleep hold the key. oh boy thatd be sweet and would feel like I won a trillion dollars.

    1. will be looking up what vitamins, minerals, enzymes, fiber and antioxidants are best for me. I knew about supplements but another review of your book showed me the detail of this sentence in smart, healthy rich.

  3. I try to take some of the main advices you made in every post or your episodes from YouTube. And from time to time take score of what I did and what not, and I think that I´m going forward making me a better me from what I was before. Greetings from Argentina.
