What you say here is true. Our education system (schools) doesn't teach you how to think, they teach you what to think. And if you don't "toe the line", you will be marginalized. This is why so many people follow religious and political dogma so blindly (which is obvious from some of your followers). Religious leaders, employers, politicians, pundits, Internet gurus, marketing/advertising companies, and any other organization that want to influence the masses do not want freethinkers - they want sheep. Unfortunately, the majority of people will believe any bullshit fed to them if it is repeated often and it reinforces their current beliefs, regardless whether or not it is true.

What you say is unfortunately true - most people do not question what they are told and this cop out serves them well as they can then blame everyone and anything but themselves for any situation they might find themselves in - thinking for oneself entails responsibility.
People's "self concept" aligns with one of two philosophies or "meme complex's", I find, and they are "poles apart" in terms of "thought capability"
We can buy into the "man is original sin" paradigm, OR we can advocate and believe in the "man is original blessing" paradigm. If one is astute and virtuous enough to advocate for the latter, there may not need be a transformation necessary
I think the best if for us to start schooling ourselves..
Self schooling can actually help us break the norms the screen system is feeding our brains with.
