The Hour of the Rat

Posted By: Randy GageMarch 26, 2018

Success comes from confidently making decisions and acting on them.  It’s a good formula to follow.  But every now and then, you’re going to experience the hour of the rat, when something you’ve done (or not done) just keeps gnawing at you…

That’s a clue from the universe...

Go back and revisit the situation with fresh critical thinking.  Ask yourself questions like:

  • What am I missing?
  • How would I feel if the situation were reversed?
  • Why am I feeling this way?
  • Was I acting for the right reasons?

Then, you’ll know what to do.

  1. Don't be the rat ( gnawing) on yourself or anyone else.
Unless you are ratting out something that needs to be ratted out.
    These could be ancient beliefs.
Things we assume that are true and we don't question.

Start questioning and looking for truth.

  2. Exactly, it is necessary to do introspective to ask yourself those kinds of questions: Why do I feel this? What would I like to feel? What should I do to feel this or that? etc.

  3. Randy please share your thoughts on raising other people money in Business If true prosperity cannot be borrowed then are founders of Microsoft and Google not prosperous.Whats your take on it?
