Sometimes you may feel you are living two lives – lives that are dramatically at odds with each other.
There is your day-to-day life, earning a living, doing lots of things you don’t want to deal with. You have petty thoughts, doubts and fears. You question yourself and your own worthiness, thinking you don’t deserve prosperity and happiness.
Then there is your other life. The one you spend dreaming and meditating, setting goals and visualizing greatness. You long for the things you can have, do and most of all, become.
If you persevere, you’ll reach the ultimate level of consciousness. When you realize you are only human, but only human is enough. You realize even the most enlightened souls make mistakes, have doubts and do things they regret. But they forgive themselves and move forward.
This is all part of the delicious roller coaster ride of life. The victories are sweetened by the failures that led to them. The moment you realize this, is the moment you break free. Your two lives become one, and you move forward through the good and the bad, moving toward your dreams.
Because you know you are worthy and deserve them.

I'm actually living 3 lives - the one at night where I dress up as a woman and try to pick up sailors, but please don't tell anybody. It would be devastating to my religious group (although most of them are also out at night trying to pick up men in drag).

I find it really helps to attain a birds eyes perspective. Minutia demands focus which requires energy. The kingdom of heaven is comprised of the good, excellent and great empowering rich thoughts. Gratifying breakthrough's can be experienced, I find, by relating to that voice in your head as "input" vs gospel;
you dis-indentify with it and realize you are "consciousness"..
