Taking Action

Posted By: Randy GageDecember 6, 2011

How many times do you know what you should be doing for your next level of success (or health, happiness, etc.) and not do it?

Remember that knowledge is only the potential for power.  Someone with less knowledge taking action will always outpace the brilliant person doing nothing.

I bet there’s an area in your life right now that doesn't need more deliberation, analysis or planning.  It just needs you to get up off your assets and take action!

So what is that action you will take today?

  1. I am going to take that tiny little first step towards a new business model I conceived last night. I am going to book domain name. Ha!
    Thanks RG.

  2. Hi Randy, right now I am very strict with myself not to succumb to distractions but stay focussed with the end in
mind. Cannot afford to throw away this golden opportunity. Thanks again. I am blessed our paths crossed.

  3. Every day I ask myself a question: What can I do today that will grow my business by leaps and bounds? What can I do today that will be a contribution to my body? I know that anything that brings me out of my comfort zone is a great way to grow.

This post reminded me of one of my favorite sayings:

"Ignorance on Fire beats Knowledge on Ice - Hands Down, Every Day of the Week"

  4. I am counting the book-orders for my 1st novel (by my friends) and will forward the result to my publisher in Canada, who will actually get up and "do the shipping", so i make people "move" first, while later I will write the dedications for my friends 😉

    enjoy your great day!

  5. It is exactly this that is my biggest problem in life so far. I have lots of knowledge but have used this knowledge very bad. But enough about what happened, I look forward with confidence.

  6. I'm meeting with my colleague to brainstorm a documentary we have been researching so that we can collaborate and use both our creative minds to uncover the best possible story to tell. Am also taking action on more development of our advanced interactive, non-linear Edutainment platform for all types of adult learning!

  7. Hey Randy-

The owner of your baseball team in Miami, Jeff Loria, must have attend one of your seminars. He's acting much more prosperous. Oh yea, that's right, he got a publically funded stadium. 🙂

  8. Randy, you're right ... I still think of it and just think of it, but inside I know long time ago ...

That the radical cut is figure out what with the flat - need to sell ... pay the mortgage and simply leave. Start otherwise and elsewhere. Simply cut off from past friends and for some time and the family. I do not know what I'm still waiting? To myself.

Simply book a ticket for a specific date. It always causes me to a higher power. Knowing that there is no way back.

And now I have another idea... When I will be in US, I want to join your Mastermind group.

  9. Hi Randy,
    Of course action is everything.
I have a personal appeal though.
I am dying to talk to Randy Gage. If anybody who knows Randy comes accross this message, please bring it to his attention.

    Thank you.

    1. Okay Richard I have edited out your request and personal info for your privacy. I'm in the middle of a two-day mastermind retreat, but will be in touch soon. Thanks, RG

  10. Hi Randy,Over the last couple of weeks I've been really good taking action. My problem is what action to take. Many times I sit down to write a 'To do list'and get stumped as to what I should do.
I'm stuck in a dead end job and I don't know what to do to get a better life.

  11. I generally have many ideas for building web applications, and often they remained as ideas. I determined that if am be among the top 10% of web developers, I must put my ideas into action. So two days ago, I took action on one of my ideas and I have been making progress. I could actually turn this idea into a money making machine. In essence, taking action is important.

  12. One of the action last week is to write an e-report, Life Lesson that I learned from Millionaires.

It's completed, now going through proof reading. I excited to get it out soon.
