I always live by the saying "don't let things happen to you, go happen to things."
Everywhere people are waiting for opportunity to knock. And it seems like a lot of them are expecting opportunity to actually kick their door in.
Then of course, there are the people who really are fortunate enough to have opportunity kick their door in - but they call the police to report an intruder.
Broke people wait for opportunities to knock. Prosperous people create their own opportunities.

There's a difference between seeing an opportunity and going for one.
Everyone notices something in the world that isn't right that could be made better or something that does not yet exist.
There are almost always excuses, but it
Truer words could not be spoken. There are many opportunitiew to solve problems or provide specialized services. You just have to see them. They are always there.

So very true.
People walk or drive past properties on their way to work each day that could possibly make them many thousands of dollars. Commuters who are capable of looking at their local neighborhood through 'bargain hunting eyes' can prosper!
