Jumping to the Next Comfort Zone

Posted By: Randy GageAugust 8, 2018

If you asked me what separate the high level achievers from the average person I would say this: The achievers have no fear of getting out of their comfort zone.  Their fear is staying in one.

Holding stationary at a certain level of execution or existence makes them apprehensive.  They feel an uneasiness; something beckoning them to move onward and upward.

So they take a jump, even though success is not guaranteed and failure is possible.  They take a jump, especially because success is not guaranteed and failure is possible.  So they move up and create a new comfort zone at a higher level.  Then they leave it again…  And that makes for a life of challenge, growth and adventure.

So how are you doing on that?

P.S. I put up a new original show on the podcast - Why You Sabotage Your Own Prosperity   It’s straight fire and will help a lot of you create a true breakthrough.  Find it on your platform here: https://anchor.fm/powerprosperity

  1. I seek to move out of my comfort zone. Dispite my inner child (my unconscious) is screaming to stay in the comfort zone and seek the approval of others.

That is a blog post for you to write about in the next post. The need of approval.

My partners dispite having enough money to last last them still go out and risk their capital and start companies.

  2. I agree with most of what you state here, but I believe it needs to be expounded on. Obviously, you don't want to throw all caution to the wind. What is the balance between taking a reasonable risk and taking a foolish risk? I would appreciate an example. In other words, you don't want to take all of your money and bet it on a roulette wheel in Vegas but you don't want to be so afraid of failure that you hide in your house. I would appreciate a little more explanation.

    1. I'm actually working now on the show for the next Prosperity TV. The topic is on our actual need for personal growth, so I will integrate your question in there as best as I can. Watch for that on Monday! -RG

  3. It can be challenging for sure! I keep a 3 X 5 card in my vehicle that says: " Allowing my innate divinity is priority number one! " If I'm feeling restless, uneasy etc.. I used to always buy a book, or an online course, or audios, etc..

Now I apply critical thinking to all my beliefs, utilize the quantum model of behavior of possibility vs "the newtonian model" based on memories, and soon experience sneezing fits..lol < that's when I know a major breakthrough is happening.. am sneezing much more often now as mind viruses are released
