I'm Looking for Brilliant, Talented People. Are You One of Them?
As you may know, my latest book Direct Selling Success was recently released. It’s already making waves in the English, German, Turkish, Farsi, and Hindi languages, with others on the way. (Not to mention, the Kindle, e-book and audio editions.) The book has created a movement among people who are passionate about leveraged sales, and angry about how it has been hijacked by the con artists, parasites, and MLM Zombies who jump from one sketchy deal to the next.
This book is an extension of my earlier manifestos, laying out a system for how to do the business with integrity, provide true value for both customers and team members, and lead the profession back to what it was initially created to do: offer ordinary people an extraordinary opportunity to create financial security for their families, regardless of their experience, education, or income.
What you may not know is that I’m already deep in the throes of writing my next book, for release in May of 2020. The next book is titled DEFCON 1 Direct Selling. It is a field manual for leaders and it’s going to take the movement yet higher toward the business model that will grow the profession through the next 20 years.
I want to spread the methodology of these two books, along with my Academy for Network Marketing Leadership, my private coaching with elite leaders, and decades of experience in the field, to the millions of team members in our profession. This information needs to be spread around the world, in as many languages as possible. I’m going to create an army of success warriors, to share my methodology, strategies, and practices – through coaching, consulting, and seminar programs.

Because I am in the process of creating a very special curriculum, based on my intellectual property and system and I’m going to license the rights to teach and train it in countries all over the world.
These certified coaches will be personally vetted, trained, and certified by me. They will be required to undergo extensive preparation and instruction, and be re-certified annually, to ensure that the information they are sharing is only my system, and reflects the latest developments happening in the marketplace.

What is the Program Exactly?
The Randy Gage Certified Coaches Program. You will receive certification to offer my methodology and systems through personal coaching, corporate consulting, and live training programs (online and in person). You’ll be an independent contractor, owning your whole business, but benefiting from your affiliation with me and the integrity of the personal brand I’ve built.
What Are the Benefits of the Program?
Way too many to list here. But we can start with the confidence and credibility you’ll achieve right from the beginning of your training. And continue with the expanded influence you will have; the ability to work with others helping them become co-creators in their own success. And knowing that you’ll be doing all this in pursuit of something bigger – reclaiming the profession from the zombies, parasites, and con artists – being one of the visionary leaders who facilitates this redemption.
You’ll have the right to promote your practice as a certified Randy Gage Coach, to attract clients as an authorized provider of my methodology and systems. We’re going to bring out the flame throwers to kill the Zombies, and take the model of building a leveraged sales distributorship the right way, from Africa to Asia, Moscow to Manhattan, Rome to Riga, Puerto Rico to Puerto Vallarta, London to Lima, Australia to Austria, and everywhere in between. You will be featured on my website for people looking for help in your area and language. Once the first class of coaches graduate, I’ll be conducting a campaign to promote them through my blog, website, email newsletter, and social media accounts.
You’ll learn how to craft amazing keynote speeches, present powerful training exercises, communicate better, and help people transform their careers. You’ll develop skills to help you help organizations, empower and energize their teams.
You will invest in your initial certification training and processing, and the annual cost of recertification, and keep 100% of your earnings for yourself. You’ll also be an authorized reseller of the workbooks, Study Guides and other learning resources I produce, earning commissions on those.
Not to sound egomaniacal, but I believe the most powerful benefit of the program is the access and personalized training you’ll be receiving from me. I won’t fob you off on assistants. I want to intimately know, personally train, and individually mentor the people who will be taking my system into the world

Who Should Be a Part of It?
Coaches, consultants and speakers who want to provide generic training and guidance to people and companies in the Direct Selling profession. Top field leaders and company executives who desire to enhance and improve their training and leadership skills to benefit their own organization. People who want to be in the vanguard of the bold development of Leveraged Sales in the new world of e-commerce and technology.
You must be someone who is passionate about capitalism, the free enterprise system, and the profession of Leveraged Sales. You should be someone who desires to make a difference for others, and be at a point in your life where you wish to move from success to significance, and create a lasting legacy.
What Are the Requirements to Participate?
To be considered, you must first complete all four levels in my online learning platform, Academy for Network Marketing Leadership. You must also attend my Speakers School on platform presentation. Your investment to attend both of these will be credited towards your licensing fee for the coaching program. There will be an interview process with me. And finally attendance at the first 3-day intensive for the people accepted into the program.
The first training session for the Certified Coached Program will be conducted in Miami on October 28-30th, immediately following the next Speakers School. (Unfortunately, if you’re not able to get visas and travel documents to the United States, you won’t be able to participate in this program.) Thus, you will be receiving five days of intense, information-dense training from me, two days on platform skills at the speakers program, then three days of specific training on my methodology of Leveraged Sales systems. There will be some video conferences afterward, with the goal of you being certified before the end of the year. That will certify you through 2020. You must be re-certified every year.
If you are already a speaker, coach, or consultant with an existing business, this program is perfect for you. It will provide you tangible content to attract a whole new roster of clients. If you’re not currently a speaker, coach or consultant, it’s important that you have the knowledge and skills to run a successful business. We will be providing support with speaking, teaching, coaching, communication, and consulting skills – but the program does NOT include training on incorporating a business, hiring staff, accounting and those overall management skills. I stick with the stuff I’m brilliant at, and stay away from the stuff I’m dreadful at.
Finally there is a rigid, non-negotiable set of ethics and professionalism, with no public endorsements of individual companies, and absolutely no recruiting by you or your agents of any clients who receive Gage training and services from you. Failure to comply with these requirements will lead to immediate termination of your certification with no refunds.
What’s next?
If this all sounds right for you, send a one-page Word document vis email to lornette (at) randygage.com – explaining why you believe you are a good fit for the program. Don’t send me your resume, a slick press release, or a reference letter from the Pope. Just send me a personal note, letting me know why you believe you should be accepted and what you can contribute to the program. (And the profession.) You’ll need to pre-register for the Speaker School and follow up 3-day training. If you’re accepted, that investment will be credited toward your licensing fee. After that, you and I will have a private interview, to see if I think you’re right for the role. If so, you’ll need to clear your calendar and join me in Miami from October 26th through the 30th, at the inaugural 5-day training.
Final thoughts…
Let me begin with some words of caution: This program is not for everybody. If you think you can use it as a trojan horse to recruit people for your team, you’re going to end up terminated and disappointed. If you don’t have the resources to invest in a business, for the license and start-up costs, better not to apply. Having a dream and a willingness to work are huge attributes. But if you only have a few hundred dollars to your name, you’re not ready for the program at this time. I should also warn you that when I mentor people, I don’t pander to them. I expect and demand your absolute best effort, along with a willingness to learn, and the understanding that my job is to challenge you, and facilitate you becoming the highest possible version of yourself. You will get better, you will quit, or one of us will kill the other. 😁
Let me end with some words of hope: Yes this program will require hard work, sweat and courage. But you’ll be a part of something much bigger than yourself, doing work that matters, and receiving rewards too great to be measured in conventional means. You’ll be working with some of the most talented people in our profession, growing personally and professionally, and helping others to do the same.
