Faith Works

Posted By: Randy GageJuly 23, 2012

Ah, the prospering power of faith.  Faith works.

Faith is what makes you believe you can do something.  It gets you started.  And then here’s the funny thing:

Action is a demonstration of faith.  Word.

    I sure need an extra boost of faith right now!  Usually I don't run low on it but good to read your post tonight.

  5. I am totally going to model that. They say that great man make the fewest words go the farthest. Word RG.

  6. As Eleanor Roosevelt wrote many years ago, "He who loses money loses much. He who loses friends loses more. He who loses Faith, loses All".. Yes, Faith is THE most important thing and we must ALWAYS maintain it in spite of all appearances. Thanks for the reminder Randy and travel safe too 🙂

  8. thinking of the picture of a kitten looking in a mirror & seeing a lion...
    Are you the kitten or the lion?

    Are you the kitten seeing yourself as a lion?
    …Some say we usually are lions seeing ourselves as kittens… maybe playing small… not playing as big as we really are.

    And who really defines what playing big is for you?
    …Be yourself. Not what others want you to be. Other people’s versions of playing big might not be you… so you may not be happy playing that role.
    ….and others may want you to play small… because that is where they are playing… it makes them more comfortable for you to live life their way.

    Or Can we be both… the Lion & the kitten?
    …Play big & also have free time to have fun… play like a kitten…

    Or Maybe being both the lion and the kitten can both be fun?
    … maybe it is just a meme that we have to work long, hard hours, complain about our jobs to others who are also in the same boat, use work as an excuse to let our health suffer… maybe this case is neither… not the lion & not the kitten?

    Which are you…
    * the kitten,
    * the lion,
    * both
    * neither?

    Are you playing big or small?
    Are you being you?
    Are you having fun?
    Is your work fun?

    The advice to "have faith" is just plain silly, Randy dear.  'Faithing' is a human function ~ lots of us are living demonstrations of our our strong faith in lack, limitation, our negative imaginings, etc.  Faith isn't the answer; rather it is how we deliberately, or more often, non-deliberately, apply our faithing-function.Gu

    I used to have faith in my inner guidance, but recently that faith has been wobbled....lol!
