Creating a Vacuum for Prosperity

Posted By: Randy GageSeptember 21, 2011

Have you ever felt like you were trying too hard to hold on to something?  If you’re like me, you are a very persistent and determined person.  When you want to do something, you just keep trying it till you finally succeed.

But what happens when you seem to be trying “too hard” for something?

There will be times when your highest good will be to release a relationship or particular situation in your life and move on.

When you are centered in clear thought and higher consciousness, you will know when this is the case.  And once you determine such is the case, there is no cause, nor time, for second thoughts, indecision or beating yourself up for failure.

Some negative relationships are brought to you so that you can learn lessons about yourself.  Some illnesses are brought to you, so you can learn lessons about your health.  And some tragedies are brought to you, so that you may learn how to appreciate joy.

Just as we need the rain to appreciate the sunshine, we also need challenges in our life to allow us to accept and appreciate the good that is ours.  So learn the lesson, and release the rest.  Create a vacuum for your highest good.  You may want to watch this video on the subject again...

When you create a vacuum, the universe can fill it with good.  When someone comes to me for guidance because their prosperity is blocked, the first question I ask is, What are you holding on to, that you need to be releasing?

  1. Yes, you have to let go of certain things in the physical; the biggest area to clear out and let go of is in the mental. In my opinion, THE most important thing to let go of is our need to change anything. The need to change something comes from fear and/or resistance, which is a power that holds in place what we are looking to change. As we let go of the need to change anything, the fear and resistance loses its grip and things change automatically.

    1. Great response, Joe!

I agree ... we get stuck when we allow our fear of the 'what if' to paralyze us. So empowering to remind ourselves that we will be able to handle any consequences that come from our choices and changes because the Universe WILL support us ... always! 🙂

  2. So timely!

Rebel and I were just talking about this particular topic this week! And since you are posting it again today ... it makes me go "hmmmmm!?!" There are no accidents! 😉

Must be time once again to do some 'Spring-cleaning' in my mind and in my world!

  3. This is an interesting topic and in my case, requires a lot of introspection. When I ask myself this question, nothing comes to the surface right away, but obviously there's something in the way. I guess the best thing to do in this case is to simply be with it, meditate on it and allow the answer to come.

I will create a vacuum for the answer and then create another to allow what I truly want to flow easily into my Life! How's that Randy?

  4. Randy, Thank you! You made me realize that I have to let go of past poverty, failures, "things", "messes", etc....to create that vacuum in my life--to BE FILLED with prosperity, success, simplicity & balance/harmony. It makes total sense & I can't believe that we as a culture/society, don't teach this more. WHY have I never "heard" this? But I guess the answer is, because up until now, there's probably something I've been "holding on to" that prevented me from receiving this! Thank you...I feel "lighter" & ready to receive the "filling"! Aint that great! 🙂

  5. Hi Randy,

highly interesting, thanks for sharing. Dysfunctional relationships with anything or anybody are one thing, incomplete communications even after ending dysfunctional relationships another. That means, we have to take action to end dysfunctional relationships and we also have to face the roots, the dysfunctional pattern that led to this relationships. Without the willingness to do the latter and face our biggest fears and darkest emotions, it won't work. Why do people sled into even more dysfunctional relationships after they got divorced ? Why do they jump from job to job or business to business looking for happiness ? Why are even people whose spouse passed away struggling to find a new soul mate ?

One and a half years ago, I escaped from a business I wasn't happy with any more. I created the vacuum but it was a mere escape due to a rebellion pattern...that's why I didn't attract prosperity. I am still with this business but now I am facing the fears such as fear of disappointing people and I feel the time will come soon that I am really done with it. Or they with me. Either way is fine.

Thanks for sharing your always brillant insights.

    Take care

    Oliver

  6. I also believe in the law of vacuum, but I interpret it with a different word, belief. The beliefs we hold on to manifest and bring it into creation. Holding on to beliefs that no longer serve us or keep us stuck must be identified and released. I know for truth that there are many things in life that occur that are out of our control or understanding but I know one thing for sure. Everything works for good for those who understand that we live in a world of energy. A negative and a positive will pull from eachother. The basis to all growth and manifestation is a foundation of unwavering faith and belief that all things work for our good to those who believe. The minute doubt appears, the energy is redirected. If there is no doubt, life works like a lazer beam, attracting all that energy and though, good or bad. It's amazing, from my experience, what happens when you release and let go. That's where the true majic happens and it always exceeds our earthly desires and expectations.

  7. Thankyou Randy for explaining why after having recently moved on from a long term dysfunctional job situation, clearing out the clutter and moving state and finally letting go of a home biz that was going nowhere why the good things keep coming.

  8. There were huge negative experiences came my way a couple of months back. I learned huge lessons about teams and myself. I learned my weaknesses, and am now aware of it.

It wasn't easy to let go of the negative emotional pain. I do know that I have to let it go. Holding on to it doesn't support me or do me any good. Thanks for the reminder.
