The year is winding down, and most high-level achievers are reflecting on the kind of year they just had, and what they would like to accomplish in 2019. But perhaps a much more productive activity would be thinking about the kind of person you want to become in the New Year.
But before you do that, can I ask you a challenging question or two?
Even if you had a great year (And I know a lot of you actually did.), would you agree that you’ve gotten a little complacent? Did you break away from one comfort zone, but are now comfortably entrenched in a new one?
If so, what will it take to get you out of that comfort zone?
