Returning a product?
If the product you ordered didn’t meet your needs, we want to know about it. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and your feedback helps us improve our products. If you need to return a product, just follow these simple steps:
Call us at 1-800-946-7804 or (316) 942-1111 within 60 days of the invoice date to receive your Return Authorization Number.
Indicate your preference as to credit, exchange or refund. Credit card refunds may only be made to the same card used for the original purchase. Note that refund processing can take up to 2 weeks.
Carefully re-pack the item in a sturdy carton, along with all related material. Be sure to include the Return Authorization Number on the returned package.
Returned products must be in “like new” re-sellable condition. Refunds are not allowed on deep discounted purchases.
Please note that we reserve the right to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee if these return procedures are not followed. Also, the customer is liable for lost or damaged return items.
