Your Nature

When life gets hectic and you feel overwhelmed – remember something important…

Your natural state is peace.

When you feel out of harmony, it is only because you have let external factors take you out of your nature.  Stop, breathe and center, and simply go back to where you belong.

Great reminder. Just the last 2 weeks has been hectic, focusing on results and numbers. And yesterday, decided to take a break, went to the beach to cycle with friends. Came back, the numbers went up by 20%. Maybe it's better to let go and let it flow.

I would generalize that any of our neg. thought-patterns are not true to our nature.  We are  born fully expecting to be nurtured and cared for - comes with the level of development humans attain pre-birth.  We've got our eyes open, but other than that we expect to prosper & thrive, period.   And then stuff happens....

I believe that this is what Theta healers are talking about when they suggest dismissing our negative thoughts, ideas, meanings, etc, by simply saying, "Whose thought is this, anyway?  It's not MINE."  (If there are experts on Theta Healing reading this, I trust you'll set me straight.  I only know what I know, and it's not much.)

Randy do you know about the show "Ancient Aliens"?  It's my favorite show.  It started on the History Channel and now it is on H2.   Somehow, I think you might enjoy it.

I agree with you Randy.   When your not at peace, or you have lost your center, something is wrong.  I think it means we have strayed from our Godness.  That part of us that knows who we are, what we are, and why we are here.  If we lose our truth, we should find it again.  I've lost my truth and you have helped me find it, on a few occasions.  Thanks.

@Annieb No, I've never heard of that one before.  Intriguing title.
