Usually these thoughts come from the subconscious. Whatever that is embedded into our subconscious comes from our past experiences. It seems easy to just change our thoughts, actually it is not that easy. It is not as easy of reaffirming, "I am good enough." Going deeper to remove the root of the thoughts is much more effective.
@Joe LeeJoe, I believe that "it is hard" and "it is easy" are just.....beliefs.
"It was hard to change my thoughts, but I did it!" is somehow supposed to be more virtuous or something than, "It is easy to change my thoughts, so I did."
We tend to buy into this "it is hard" nonsense because in our culture we've made "hard" a virtue. You've heard people say it: "I worked hard to build my business..." as if there was some virtue, some value, in the hardness. Sheesh.
However, if you want to make change hard, go for it - believe it with all your heart! I love that it is easy for me, lazy dame that I am.
You are right. So you have change all your negative beliefs easily, and you are living a prosperous life right now? Very nice!
Thank you Joe, it is VERY nice. Just between you & me, I used to think it was hard to change beliefs, and it was, until I changed THAT belief. LOL!
