Yep.. woke up earlier than normal.. got out for my run almost an hour earlier than before and now I'm well over an hour ahead and feeling GREAT! Going to make some SERIOUS progress on developing the story approach for our project now and move closer to solidifying the vision. Thanks for the reminder as always!

I used to dread Sunday nights as they were so intimately followed by Monday mornings. Now I love them. There is peace and joy in doing your work and then taking your rest.
