I’m not exactly ready to save the world yet . . but I am working on me and making myself prosperous so that I can do more.

Thank you for you insight, it always gets my wheels turning and that’s a great thing.

This is the essence of Wattle’s book. The Universe, formless substance, God or whatever we wish to call the energy that is Life wants us to be rich to fully experience the limitless abundance it’s created. And in order to do it we must impress our vision and thoughts upon the formless substance with faith and purpose and be grateful. We must also DO whatever we can each day to achieve our vision in an efficient manner.

We must also think in a Certain Way which is Truth. And the Truth is that regardless of appearances the abundance available to us is without limit.

I love this saying: “It isn’t a sin to be born poor – but it sure is a sin to stay that way.” I’m ready to become prosperous myself for sure!

I doubt the world needs saving. The rain forest especially appears to be part of great con to sucker the uninformed into letting go of their money so someone else can ’save the world.’

Great post Randy! I agree 100%. I am working on making myself prosperous. I believe that a prosperous human race can do so much more to change the world and help third world countries experience freedom like we have. We are on this earth for a reason!

I am participating in the dialogues your postings on your blog causes to raise my level of consciousness in attaining real life changes in MY LIFE ! So the good question to ask is: are environmental threads to the future of the planet keeping me from taking action in business? Move my main occupation from long hours paid jobs to big businesses of my own. And the answer in one way is yes. I get rich by helping others get what they want. I see that they want to consume more. The Big Acceleration our time is called.
So my overall question, to turn it around to you is: What is the cause of the unbalanced human activity on mother earth?

Even the Illuminati need some oxygen, even though they have lowered the oxygen level on this planet to a bare minimum for human being survival.

They have thought of everything, and even do their best to ban supplements among other things, at the same time as food has lost more than half of its nutritional value in the last 30 years or so. How the hell did that happen by the way? Go figure it out.

The capitol of the USA cannot handle a big snowstorm. People in California are walking away from their expensive homes because the price of the home is less than their mortgage. People are blindly giving their children toxic vaccinations. Etc.

According to an economics professor at Harvard University, 2010 will be the worst of the economy to come. His statistics show that by the end of this year, more than 26% of American children will be living in poverty. That is if everything remains as it is going.

Is this the hope and change we can believe in?

No other race in the universe treat their own kind like we have been conditioned (accepted) to do on this planet. It’s unthinkable even among the most “brutal” races.

That is not exactly a prosperous planet to live on.

However, it does not really matter what is happening in the world as such. That’s the “negativity trap”. The positive side is if you reclaim your own mind and reintegrate yourself. Then that is what you will project out and experience. Only then can the world really change.

Money won’t help unless the mind pattern projections in this world change. As well as “The Secret” doesn’t work by itself, neither does money, or the world would have been a much better place a long time ago.

I’d just like to add, regarding the planet debate, that it will be business prosperity and free enterprise — not government regulations–that save the planet.

“Green” consciousness is consumer driven. The market is there for green products. It’ sa HUUGE market. (I’m working on a secret new major media initiative that will launch shortly and have done a TON of research into the green market, which is how I know just how strong the numbers are for green products.)

So many of my friends say that the only way to save the planet is government regulations. But I disagree. Totally.

Government regulation alone (telling companies that they must manufacture their products in a way that won’t pollute and that use sustainable materials) won’t make companies go green. But consumer buying habits will.

Green consumers spend more time than the average consumer trying to sniff out companies that are merely “greenwashing.” So a business, for example, that offers green certifications to product manufacturers (for a fee) will give those manufacturers a seal that will let customers know they are truly green companies. Green consumers will gravitate toward those products. As “non-green” companies see consumers flocking to trusted and proven “green” products, they will voluntarily change their manufacturing processes to be more green because it’s good business to do so.

But if the government mandates eco-responsibility, all companies will do is look for a way around it. The market-driven system really can and does work.

Just my opinion. But after looking at volumes of statistics on the green market, I am convinced more than ever that free enterprise will save the planet.

Awesome blog post — and I agree wealth is the best way to world health– the World’s leading charities would not be able to help others if they didn’t get BILLIONS in donations to help others. Money is like electricity (electricity can be used to light up the world and execute)–just like that money can be used for good or it can be used for evil–what makes the difference is the person’s mind and how he chooses to make decisions–which comes down to consciousness. But I disagree with all these stupid gurus and their pointless affirmation nonsense–I doub’t Bill Gates sits there saying stupid affirmations–they didn’t teach affirtmations in my MBA course!

Greed is neutral.

I think we can start to save the world before we are prosperous. We can start doing little things that help the environment & our health and this will help us to become prosperous. Recycling, using Green products (for example green cleaning products), buying local or organic produce all are things we can start doing on our way to prosperity. As we become more prosperous, we can expand our giving & contribute more to save the world.

Randy, I really appreciate your practical and insightful perceptions on things. You do really fine work. Thanks.

I agree that it’s better to be a good person with wealth than a good person that’s broke. Being broke doesn’t help anybody. To be blunt, being broke pretty much sucks.

As for saving the world, I’ll work with the wonderful wisdom of Mohandas Gandhi. I’ll be the change I wish to see in the world. I take action steps every day to improve my wealth. To clarify, wealth to me includes money, friends, happiness, and health. All the stuff that makes the life experience more enjoyable.

Positive affirmations and other power-of-positive-thinking techniques work to keep me inspired. I am aware, however, that without taking action steps, all the positive affirmations in the world won’t help. We live in a world with tremendous potential but playing the lottery won’t make you rich.

Every day I ask myself: What can I do today to best accomplish my goals? Then I listen and take my own advice.

Taking responsibility for your own well-being is the best thing you can do for yourself.

Keep up the good work, man. You are appreciated.

Several years ago, when I was pondering the idea of whether or not it was noble to pursue my own dreams while so many others were suffering, I posed this question to myself, “how can I do anything positive about anyone else’s situation if I’m stuck in the same place they are?”
