I love to experience those suggestion I feel comfortable and I agree with, so as to have a real feeling of what the suggestor might mean. I spent every single day sometime in contact with new knowledge, new ways of applying some knowledge on Personal Development, new books on the same topics, new topics... Once I do what a mentor I chosed says we should do, I decide which part of the whole point It's the most useful for me... and reflect on the rest so as to keep searching and evolving... Putting it to practise is easy because I'm so lucky (truly, God loves me so much!) that the same information (if it is the one, important for my growth) always comes to me within a short period of time from at least 2, but mostly 3 and more sources. So I learn and get into it effortlessly.
