Are You Worthy?

This is one of those days that I’m doing back-to-back interviews all day. Media, streaming webcasts, and conference bridge lines. And it’s fascinating in that every interview seems to end up in the same place…
Worthiness issues.
Thomas Aquinas said that everything received is done so in accord with the mode of the receiver. True dat. And especially so in prosperity…
Because you can’t be treated for prosperity – you have to be open to receive it.
And to do that, you have to believe you are worthy of it. So how do you do that?
You have to stop buying into all the bullshit you’ve been fed by a whole lot of people and institutions. As we discussed in the last post, there will be lots of people tell you to be realistic and reasonable. Realistic and reasonable work only if you’re interested in mediocrity. Not if you want to be epic.
You have to become a critical thinker and analyze everything you’re exposed to. Look for and recognize the subconscious and subliminal programming inherent in the message.
You have to be willing to become a contrarian, and stop thinking like the masses. If I have learned anything after 20 plus years study of prosperity, it is this:
Rich people think differently than broke people. Healthy people think differently than sick people. Happy people think differently than depressed people. Most people are broke, sick and depressed. So you certainly don’t want to accept the conventional wisdom of the masses, or you’ll start to think like they do.
This isn’t about being judgmental or looking down on those less fortunate than you…
It’s about making sure you’re in a position to help them reach higher, not letting yourself be pulled back down lower.
You were born with prosperity consciousness and likely got it programmed out of you by the government, organized religion and the data-sphere. They likely made you believe that you are not yet worthy of prosperity or don’t yet deserve it. That is a lie.
You are worthy and deserving of prosperity. And the day you recognize that – is the day you will start receiving it.

I guess we only get to know more about our worthyness - if we haven´t gotten there by now - by changing "places". It´s a great chance and positive challenge to step out of the regular masses!

Great post, Randy! This is a sure-fire "keeper".
"... likely got it programmed out of you by the government, organized religion and the data-sphere." Couldn't speak for others, but in my case, it was my parents. I'm not parent-bashing --- my folks were terrific, they loved me, they took very good care of me, and I'm proud of them.
But looking back, it's apparent that they never believed that they were worthy of prosperity... and so even though they worked very, very hard their entire lives, prosperity always eluded them. And although I'm sure I had prosperity programmed out of me by the government, the church, etc, I'm equally sure that I had a solid lack-mentality programmed INTO me by my folks -- with the best of "realistic" intentions -- from my earliest days.
There's a lot of programming to undo, but I'm working very hard at it. Thanks for the reminder, my friend. This post helps.

Randy.. Once again, thanks for the NEEDED reminder. When I read these posts from you I cannot help but be reminded of the legendary inaugural address by Nelson Mandela which has to do with our deepest fear being that we are inadequate and playing small in the world.
It's amazing how many of the general public will laugh at you when you share a large vision of what you're about. To people that have done the same job all their lives and fail to look into their hearts for their own dream, they have complete and utter lack of Faith that anyone else can too. I stay clear of such people and maintain my Faith and vision.
I know I still have work to do and I ask for guidance every day. And I KNOW deep in my heart that I will not only achieve my dream, but exceed it by leaps and bounds! Thanks for the inspiration. I'm deeply grateful.

So true Randy! I sometimes experience, that when I am in this "not worthy" mode, it has helped me to become angry and shout, that I can do it, just to get myself untangeled from this mode, same with fear by the way - that works for me - Thank's for being here for all of us Randy - I can't even describe how much that means to me.
