Okay don't get mad at me. I'm an idiot too. Actually it's better to say we both sometimes do some idiotic things. Now there's a new book out to help change all that...

It's from my friend Larry "Wild Man" Winget, a/k/a the pit bull of personal development. It's called "People are Idiots, and I Can Prove It! The 10 Ways You Are Sabotaging Yourself and How You Can Overcome Them."

Don't let the title scare you off. Like me, Larry likes to use titles that create buzz and help publicity. The sub-title tells you all you need to know.

It's an insightful look at the ways we sometime sabotage our own success, and what we can do about it. I've been reading an advance copy and just loving it. Larry is blunt and to the point, getting to the essence of what it takes to really break through and achieve the results you want. In the book, he takes on business, family, health, being fat, stupidity, success, money, and lots more - and tells you step-by-step what you have to do to change. You may be a little uncomfortable in some sections, but the book wouldn't be worth reading if you didn't. And you'll be really glad you read the book by the time you finish it.
